Cookie policy

This page describes the storage and trackers identified in the current website configuration. Non-essential trackers are disabled by default and only activated after a positive action. You can accept, refuse, or customise your choice, then change it through the “Cookies” footer link.

Essential storage

The website stores the consent choice locally in the technical key “koragence.analytics.consent”. This storage is used only to remember the banner decision and expires after six months, unless a documented configuration change requires otherwise.

Audience measurement and session replay

PostHog Cloud is configured on the European services identified in the website environment. It is used for pageviews, clicks, scroll depth, and journey events only after consent. Session replay is disabled by default and enabled only after consent; form fields are masked and sensitive areas marked in code are excluded.

The currently documented configuration provides for an indicative maximum retention of 13 months for audience measurement and 3 months for replay. Effective retention in the production PostHog account must be validated before final publication.

Trackers not detected in the current code

No advertising pixel, CAPTCHA, separate session replay tool, or AI provider executed by the website was identified in the inspected code. This list must be reviewed after any addition of a third-party script, tag manager, or marketing feature.

Providers and transfers

PostHog and Mailgun are configured on European services; the database is hosted in Europe. Vercel hosts the application in the Paris, France (cdg1) region; any replication and additional safeguards must still be checked in the Vercel project. Any standard contractual clauses must be verified for the processing actually enabled.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use the “Cookies” footer link to reopen preferences. Refusal disables audience measurement and replay; a new positive decision is required to reactivate them.
