• Forms: identity data, contact details, company if relevant, application link, message content, project information, IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp, and anti-spam technical data.
• Analytics: acquisition source, UTM parameters, pageviews, clicks, scroll depth, technical browser/device information, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier, only after consent.
• Session replay: navigation replay for product understanding and journey improvement, only after consent, with form fields and marked sensitive areas masked.
