6. Personal data (forms and audience measurement)

A summary of the processing activities appears below. Purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients, and transfers are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Forms are stored in PostgreSQL and hosted with the application on Vercel in the Paris, France (cdg1) region; notifications are delivered through Mailgun. PostHog Cloud is configured on its European services and only starts after positive consent. Production configurations and further subprocessors must remain verified before any architecture change.

Koragence acts as controller for its own purposes (requests, commercial management, security, and consented measurement). For a Client’s business data, the Client is generally the controller and Koragence acts as processor when it processes that data only on documented instructions.

7. Cookies

The website lets users accept, refuse, or customise non-essential trackers. The choice is stored locally for six months. PostHog Cloud only starts after positive consent and can be disabled at any time through the “Cookies” footer link. See the Cookie Policy for categories and retention details.

These legal notices are governed by French law. Applicable jurisdiction rules depend on the user’s status and mandatory provisions; browsing alone does not impose exclusive jurisdiction on consumers or applicants.
